1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and FastSwap (“we”, “us”). They apply whenever you use the FastSwap website and app.

By creating an account or using FastSwap, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to the Risks and fees page. If you do not agree, do not use FastSwap.

2. Who can use FastSwap

You may use FastSwap only if all of these are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and can enter into a binding contract.
• Using a service like this is legal where you live and where you are when you use it.
• You are not on a sanctions list (for example those of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States), are not owned or controlled by someone who is, and are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
• You use FastSwap for yourself, not on behalf of someone else who could not use it.

We may limit or block access from some countries or regions, and we may ask you to confirm these points. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.

3. What FastSwap is, and what it is not

FastSwap is software. It shows coins and their public market data, and it helps you buy and sell them from your own wallets with a cash balance held in USDC, a stablecoin issued by Circle. Trades are carried out on public blockchains by third-party trading services, including services that move value between chains.

FastSwap is not a bank, a broker, an exchange, a custodian or a financial adviser. Your cash is not a bank deposit, earns no interest and is not covered by any deposit insurance. Coins appear in FastSwap automatically from public data: a coin being listed, trending or shown anywhere in the app is not an endorsement.

4. Your account and your wallets

You log in with email, Google, Apple, a crypto wallet or another method we offer, through our login provider. When you first log in, it creates two wallets for you: a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet (used on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and other EVM chains). These are your app wallets. Your cash and your coins are held in them, on the blockchain.

• The wallets are yours. We never see or hold your private keys. You can export a key at any time in Settings and use the wallet in another app.
• Keep your login safe. Anyone who can log in to your account can trade from your wallets. If you lose access to every login method and have not exported your keys, we cannot recover your wallets for you.
• We will never ask for your private key or message you first. Anyone who does is not us. Our only support address is [email protected].

5. Trades

• You decide every trade. When you tap Buy or Sell, the trade is signed with your app wallet and sent right away, without a separate wallet pop-up, so check the amounts and costs in the trade form first.
• Prices, amounts and fees shown before a trade are estimates. Prices move, and a trade can fill at a worse price, within your slippage setting, or not fill at all.
• Blockchain transactions are final. Once a trade, deposit or withdrawal is confirmed on the blockchain, neither we nor anyone else can reverse it. Check withdrawal addresses carefully.
• Coins bought on another chain are delivered to your own wallet on that chain. Selling them inside FastSwap may not be available on every chain.
• We may refuse, pause or limit a trade, a coin or a feature, for example for safety, abuse, legal reasons or when a service we depend on is down.

6. Fees

The FastSwap fee is 0% right now. Every trade, deposit and withdrawal still has costs that are not ours: blockchain network fees, refundable or one-time account costs on Solana, and the fees of third-party services (for example for trades between chains). The costs of a trade are shown before you confirm it. The full list is in the fees section of the risks page.

If we introduce a FastSwap fee, we will announce it in advance, and it will be shown in the trade form before you trade. It never applies to a trade you made before the change.

7. No advice, no guarantee

Everything in FastSwap is general information: prices, charts, trending lists, other users’ trades and comments, and the coin check (including “No red flags found”). It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The data comes partly from third parties and can be wrong, late or incomplete. You make your own decisions and you bear their results. Read the risks before you trade.

8. Your content

“Your content” is anything you add to FastSwap that others can see: your username and profile photo, the people you follow, share cards of your trades, and comments on coin pages (including comments only holders of a coin can post, which show that you hold it), as well as any similar feature we add later.

• It stays yours. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, show and share your content in FastSwap and in link previews of it (for example on X or Telegram), for as long as it is on FastSwap, plus the time it takes to remove copies from backups and caches.
• You are responsible for it. Post only what you have the right to post.

Do not post content that:

• is illegal, or breaks someone else’s rights, such as copyright, trademark or privacy;
• harasses, threatens, impersonates or reveals private information about anyone;
• is hateful, violent, sexual or involves minors in any way;
• is a scam, a phishing link, a request for someone’s private key or login, or a claim to be FastSwap staff;
• tries to manipulate a coin’s price (for example coordinated pumps, false claims or undisclosed paid promotion);
• is spam, or was made by automated accounts.

We may hide or remove content, limit features or suspend an account that breaks these rules or the law, with or without notice. To report content or a user, email [email protected].

9. Fair use

Do not:

• use FastSwap for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or with stolen funds;
• get around our limits, blocks or the eligibility rules (for example with a VPN to hide where you are);
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts that are not yours;
• create accounts to fake signups, invites or volume.

10. Services we rely on

FastSwap depends on services we do not control: our login and wallet provider, the services that carry out trades, Circle (USDC), blockchain networks and their data providers. Their own terms can apply to you. Our Privacy Policy says which kinds of them see your data, and you can ask us at [email protected] which companies we currently use. We are not responsible for their failures, delays, changes or outages, though we try to tell you in the app when something does not work.

11. Changes and your account

We keep improving FastSwap, so features may change over time. To keep FastSwap safe for everyone, we may limit accounts that abuse the service or break the law. You can leave anytime: your wallet is always yours, and you can export your key in Settings. To delete your account, email [email protected].

12. Our liability

FastSwap is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free or be secure, or that any data in it is accurate.

As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for losses caused by price movements, by coins losing value, by smart contract or blockchain failures, by third-party services, by the loss of your login or keys, or by events outside our reasonable control;
• we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities;
• our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the FastSwap fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved by email.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. For important changes we will tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using FastSwap after a change applies, you accept the new terms.
